Support St James School Auction and make a difference
Weekly Spirit Wear is an instant purchase item. For $150 all of the children in your family may be out of uniform and in St. James Spirit Wear on Friday. Spirit wear is any shirt or sweatshirt with St. James or St. Pius on it that has been purchased through a school sponsored spirit wear sale. Spirit wear guidelines apply. This may be purchased now and will start after Labor Day, September 13.
Fund-A-Need changes each year based on a current need of the school. This year we are continuing to work towards a new playground. Playground equipment has a lifespan of 10- 15 years, ours is going on 24 years old. Total replacement will cost $250,000. We need a starting amount as we seek out grants and other donors to fully fund the project. Our goal is $50,000. Anyone can donate to this fund and no amount is too small.
50/50 Raffle has become a tradition of the auction. All money will be split between 1 winner and the auction. The winner will be drawn the night of the auction and does not need to be present to win. The 50/50 raffle will be electronic this year through GiveSmart. NO paper tickets! You will be able to share the link on social media easily. Start sharing and lets get the pot above $20,000 this year!!!!
The St. James annual auction raises funds to support our school in continuing the tradition of excellence in education. The 2024 auction catalog will reach over 500 Liberty and Kansas City area residents. This in an excellent opportunity for your business to reach a captive and loyal audience. Thank you for supporting St. James and for helping our school continue to be an excellent place of learning. Only then we work together can we achieve great things for our children.
Pick of the Live tickets are limited and go fast! There are only 80 available for $125 each. Tickets may be purchased now and up to the LIVE auction or until they are sold out. Right before the LIVE begins, one ticket will be drawn. The winner gets to choose any of the LIVE items as their prize.
Grant-A-Wish is just what it sounds like, an opportunity for us to grant our teachers wishes! Money from the auction shirts, change drive and certain silent items go towards this fund. The money is equally divided among the teachers who may then purchase wish items to be used in their class room. As we get closer to the auction we will let you know what silent items to look for that support this fund.
